I – 課程目標

本課程的目的是為學員提供關于決定企業(yè)財務的三項基本原則的主要知識和實踐：投資，融資，和股利分配原則。

這將不僅僅涉及金融技術的掌握，也有各種限制的一些知識和理解。此外，學生應能夠編寫準確和完整的報告，包括計算過程的總結，綜合問題和提出決策。

II – 課程內容：

1.企業(yè)知識和理解：主要概念和解決問題能力的學習。

2.公司治理：學生將能夠理解財務決策可能引起不同的利益沖突出現(xiàn)。我們將主要集中在管理者-股東和股東-債權人的利益沖突上。

3.定量技能：學生需要掌握用于金融資產評估的定量方法，包括模型的求解和各種計算。
